Job Description
This role involves resolving workstation and server issues, completing troubleshooting, and ensuring software compliance. Responsibilities include software cataloging, license management, system testing, and remote software installation and monitoring. Desktop Reimaging Services are also part of the position.
Requirements
- Must possess an active DOD Secret Security Clearance.
- Minimum of five (5) years Desktop support experience.
- Windows 10 Training.
- IAT Level II certification.
