The Global Payroll Director will provide oversight for the company's global payroll operations, serving as a subject matter expert on payroll operations and compliance across multiple countries. The role will involve managing payroll tax and wage and hour compliance, driving process improvements, and establishing centralized governance and standardized controls.

Requirements

• Certified Payroll Professional designation preferred
• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience
• Prior leadership experience with a global organization
• Experience with international payroll (EMEA/APAC preferred)
• Experience partnering with legal to navigate multi-jurisdictional compliance
