Desktop Support Engineer

The Desktop Support Engineer will handle incidents, provide services to end users, and perform daily health checks on devices and network-attached devices. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in Windows Desktop support, professional language skills in German and English, and experience in Windows OS, Microsoft Active Directory, and MS Office 365.

Requirements

• Handle Incidents and Service Requests and near desk support
• Provide services to End Users
• Daily health checks to End User Devices and Network attached devices
• Meeting room support as required
• Provide effective Deskside Support Services in accordance with the appropriate Performance Standards
