Requirements

• Use sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs
• Meet or exceed sales targets as defined in the sales incentive plan
• Conduct insurance reviews, quote, bind, and issue policies
• Establish rapport with insured members to enhance brand affinity and satisfaction
• Proactively solicit and market to business and community events
