Composite Repair

AAA, United States, Inc. is seeking experienced Manufacturing / Production Technicians for a composite repair position. The role involves installing aircraft components, sub-assemblies, and composite parts for the Cirrus SR20, SR22 piston airplane, and the SF50 Vision Jet. Technicians are expected to work in a complex and evolving environment with aircraft components.

Requirements

• Install and connect aircraft parts using adhesives, rivets, or threaded fasteners.
• Ensure fit, clearance, alignment, and functional performance.
• Prepare and use fixtures to aid in locating, bonding, or drilling parts.
• Follow engineering drawings and specifications.
• Wear a respirator and other PPE.
• Lift varying weight repeatedly.
• Stand for up to 10 hours per day.
