We are seeking a highly skilled engineer with strong expertise in wireless communications theory, with a strong mathematical background in linear algebra, matrix theory, signal processing and relevant industry experience.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD or MSc) in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field, with a focus on wireless communications, signal processing, or information theory.
- Deep knowledge of wireless communications systems, communications and channel capacity theory (e.g. Shannon, Hartley, etc), MIMO systems, beamforming, precoding and channel estimation in wireless communications and/or sensing/radar
- Linear algebra and matrix decompositions (SVD, eigenvalue problems, etc.)
- Practical applications, preferably in RAN, silicon or radio resource management (RRM) systems (e.g. worked in directly applicable industry or applied research/R&D position)
- Probability theory and statistical signal processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to derive insights from first principles.
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and intuitive manner (teaching, mentoring, or technical presentations).
