Engineering Intern

Role Overview

The Engineering Intern position provides students with hands-on experience in a real-world HVAC manufacturing environment. Interns will support engineering teams in the design, testing, and improvement of products and processes.

What You Will Do

Assist with tasks such as product development, testing, CAD modeling, and process optimization. Assist in the design and development of HVAC components and systems, support testing and validation of products, and create technical drawings and documentation.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• Completion of at least two years of undergraduate coursework or relevant certifications (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Six Sigma)
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with CAD software and engineering documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a project-based environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
