Manufacturing Engineer II

Role Overview

Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes to support the production of high-quality HVAC systems. Apply advanced engineering principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product consistency.

What You Will Do

Lead design and implementation of manufacturing processes, analyze production data, collaborate with product design, quality, and operations teams, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

• ABET-accredited degree in engineering or an equivalent technical degree in applied sciences
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role within the HVAC or a similar industry
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies preferred
