
Job description
As a Microsoft Support Specialist, you will be the link between our customers, consultants, and development team. You will analyze, investigate, solve, and advise at a HBO level, and be curious about the possibilities of AI and how it can help you work more efficiently.
Your tasks consist of analyzing incoming error messages from real estate customers, investigating and reproducing the error message to find the cause, solving the error together with your colleagues from development, and advising the customer when the error is solved.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, analytical, and communicatively skilled colleague who gets energy from helping customers and solving technical issues. You will have a great responsibility for a well-running process and will be part of a close and cozy team where personal development and fun go hand in hand.
