HR Operations Specialist - ELC

Role Overview

The HR Operations Specialist - ELC is responsible for executing and managing end-to-end employee life cycle processes with a focus on system administration, stakeholder support, and seamless service delivery. This role ensures smooth operations from employee hire to retirement while maintaining compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and driving continuous process improvements. The work model is Hybrid.

What You Will Do

Manage end-to-end Employee Life Cycle processes from hiring through retirement. Execute system administration tasks to support employee life cycle processes. Ensure accurate data management and compliance with organizational policies. Provide stakeholder support and timely resolution of inquiries.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and 5+ years of experience in Employee Life Cycle or HR Operations. Mandatory: Workday experience. Good to have: SAP experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are also required.
