
Job description
As an Executive Admin Assistant at Abbott, you will provide administrative support to high-level executives, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business-specific software.
Responsibilities include answering phones, calendar management, scheduling travel, managing correspondence, processing expense reports, meeting/event planning, creating or modifying business documents, preparing presentations, and handling teleconference and BlackBerry setups.
