Finance Planning & Analysis Manager FAC

Role Overview

The FP&A Manager is responsible for driving the company’s financial performance by leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role partners with senior management and business teams to support strategic decision-making through high-quality financial insights.

What You Will Do

Lead the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-term financial planning processes, analyze actual vs. budget/forecast variances, and deliver ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling, audit, or consulting
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance and financial analysis
• Advanced financial modeling skills
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP/BI tools (SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Anaplan, etc.) is a plus
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
