Manufacturing Process Engineer

Role Overview

We are recruiting a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team in Donegal Town, Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the performance of complex and specialized manufacturing equipment systems, liaising with engineers from worldwide suppliers and internal teams. The role will involve hands-on troubleshooting, data analysis, and design improvements.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include analysis of equipment performance data, development of action plans, automation of Key Process Indicators, maximising equipment throughput, troubleshooting, and design changes for improvement.

Requirements

• Graduated in a Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or other Equipment/Process Engineering related degree programme
• Experience in a fast-paced 24/7 production environment
• Ability to learn other engineering skills outside of your core area of expertise
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience of Screen Printing and Metrology
• Experience of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to learn quickly, use your initiative and work as part of a team
• Self-motivated, action and results oriented
• Have logical and methodical approach to problem solving
• Knowledge and experience of working with large transactional datasets
