
Job description
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for implementing and managing local quality systems and training programs to support CAPA, complaint handling, inspection reporting, and tracking. They will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
The role involves developing and maintaining the Quality Management System Manual, providing integrated QA support, managing local outsourcing activities, and ensuring product conformity to GMP and GDP standards.
The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of quality assurance experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with executive presence and strong communication skills. They will be able to take the lead in driving projects and initiatives, and have well-developed interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
