Senior Director of Sales

Abbott Interfast is seeking a Senior Director of Sales to own the commercial strategy, build and lead a sales organization, and drive revenue across OEM, distributor, and end-user channels.

Requirements

• 10+ years in fastener or industrial distribution sales
• 5+ years in senior leadership
• Proven track record of building sales teams and scaling revenue
• Deep knowledge of the fastener industry
• Experience selling into OEM, distributor, and project-based channels
• Strong commercial instincts: pricing, margin, competitive positioning
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Willingness to travel as needed (30-40%)
