Storytelling through data, translating complex analytics into actionable insights and narratives that resonate with stakeholders at all levels, while proactively identifying key data trends to influence business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative field
• Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or related business or operations function
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing senior internal business and functional leaders
• Proven expertise in data analytics and strategic capability development in an Operations function
• Experience developing strategic roadmaps for digital transformation and leading adoption cross-functionally
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
