Job Description
We are seeking a Resolution Consultant to efficiently and professionally manage the BBB complaint conciliation process between consumers and businesses. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

- 2+ years of proven success in a fast-paced office setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
