
Job description
We are looking for a passionate Community Manager to lead our Community, Social media platforms, improve product features and functionality, and amplify the voice of the customer throughout Abundo. The strong community consists of thousands of members that go to hundreds of live events each week.
Help set the long-term vision for customer and community operations, create brand relevant and engaging content, create and manage Abundo's presence on social media platforms, and refine the strategy for the Abundo Community.
You are passionate about community and customer support, have 2+ years of experience managing content and customer interactions, and have excellent Swedish and English language skills.
