Job description
We are looking for a Customer Success Agent with great energy and social skills who wants to work in an entrepreneurial company with a high tempo. As a Customer Success Agent at Abundo, you will work to ensure that Abundo's members are satisfied and happy by receiving and resolving issues and problems via chat, email, and phone.
Helping customers to start and end their membership, finding solutions to keep a customer from ending their membership, answering questions that arise.
We think you are talkative, can easily express yourself, and love creating contact with new people. You always leave a good impression and love not only providing good service but exceeding expectations.
