Information Technology Systems Engineer

Role Overview

Provide daily engineering support and operations for Arrow's hardware and software infrastructure, including maintenance, performance monitoring and reporting, solution design, and consulting. Analyze and troubleshoot issues across software, applications, databases, hardware, and COTS applications. Deliver second-level support by working directly with IT teams and/or end users to resolve escalated incidents. Coordinate with vendors as needed to facilitate hardware and software repair activities.

What You Will Do

Maintain virtual machines (VMs), Pure Storage, and data center-related equipment. Support Microsoft 365, Intune, and ServiceNow.
