Job description
The IT Desktop Support Analyst will provide critical Level 2 and Level 3 support for all NAO employees, with a focus on desktop support, executive/C-Suite support, and hands-on major meeting support. The role will be located onsite at Panorama HQ to maintain consistent coverage for both local and remote support needs.
Support for all PC, Mac, and mobile device hardware and software related issues, executive/C-Suite support, hands-on major meeting support, level 1 AV support, printer support, and IT asset management.
Typically requires a 4-year degree and 1–2 years of experience or a 2-year degree and equivalent related experience. Has no discretion to vary from established procedures and works under close supervision.
