
Job description
A Technical Sales Engineer bridges deep technical expertise with strong commercial awareness, helping customers identify the right solutions for their business needs. This role combines customer relationship management, solution positioning, and project engagement across the full sales cycle.
Develop and execute customer technology and commercial strategy and plans, develop customer relationships, identify projects, coordinate Arrow Engineering teams and supplier resources, program manage customer engagement, and communicate customer/project information to internal teams.
We are looking for technically educated individuals with a degree in engineering or technology, effective communicators, commercially minded individuals with a strategic approach to selling, problem solvers, and proactive, open-minded, and flexible individuals with advanced/fluent English.
