Job description
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide support via email/telephone/remote sessions to our global customers, working primarily on Broadcom technologies. You will deliver technical support services and investigate issues with VMware by Broadcom products.
Provide troubleshooting support, replicate customer configurations, develop and maintain technical skills, and document all work activity. Attend and host remote support sessions, and work collaboratively with Escalation Engineers and colleagues.
The ideal candidate is passionate about Virtualization, networking, storage, and Linux, with excellent English language skills, good interpersonal communication and customer service skills, and a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
