
Job description
We're looking for a Clinical Lead to join our Learning Disability, Autism and Mental Health Service. The role involves undertaking initial holistic nursing assessments, developing individualised care plans, and producing risk management plans. The Clinical Lead will be responsible for ensuring high standards of clinical practice and reflecting current organisational and national guidelines and standards.
Undertake initial holistic nursing assessments, develop individualised care plans, produce standard and bespoke risk management plans, deliver client specific clinical training for staff, and ensure regular review of clients allocated.
