Job description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced retail manager to lead our Platypus store in Canberra. The role involves driving sales and KPIs, customer engagement, and team member coaching and development. You will work collaboratively with your Area Manager to identify areas of opportunity for your store and team.
Ensure efficient operation of the store, motivate the team to achieve optimal results, closely monitor store sales, effectively manage wage costs, and coach and mentor the team.
This role is suitable for someone with a strong background in retail operations, team leadership, and customer service. You will have the opportunity to work with a high-profile brand, develop your career, and join the Future Leaders program.
