Job description
We are seeking passionate and experienced retail managers for our Platypus locations in Sydney's Inner West and Eastern Suburbs. The role involves ensuring efficient operation of the store, motivating the team, and achieving sales targets.
Ensure efficient operation of the store, motivate the team, monitor sales, manage wage costs, coach and mentor team members, and maintain high team morale.
You will have demonstrated experience as a retail store manager, a motivated attitude, and a passion for leading and inspiring a team. You will also have the ability to think strategically and drive sales and KPIs.
