Software Development Engineer

Software Development Engineer position at Accenture Federal Services, designing and implementing software solutions, APIs, and integrations with other systems and databases, with a focus on security requirements and enterprise infrastructure. Requires 10 years of experience in software engineering, Agile software development, and database technologies, as well as a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in software engineering
• Experience with full lifecycle Agile software development projects
• Experience with software coding languages including 3 of the following: Java, Javascript, C/C++, C#, Python, OpenGL, Pearl, Visual Basic, Ruby, Angular, or Bash scripting
• Experience with database technologies including two (2) of the following: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, HBase, RDS or Cassandra, Dataformat, Iceburg, AWS, ECS2
• Experience with application lifecycle management tools including one (1) of the following: Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Nexus, or JIRA
• Experience deploying applications to a commercial cloud service
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in the field of computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, or other related scientific or technical discipline
