We are looking for a Senior AI Developer to lead the design, implementation, and management of technology-based business solutions based on Agentic AI workflows to improve our clients' delivery approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in technical leadership, architecture reviews, and team guidance
- Strong interest in AI innovation, with a research-driven mindset
- Hands-on experience with agent-based systems, including A2A and Agentic UI interactions
- Solid understanding of AI safety, authorization, and Responsible AI principles
- Experience with model evaluation, observability, and performance monitoring
- Strong communication skills in English (technical and non-technical stakeholders)
- Strong problem-solving and architectural thinking skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering impactful AI solutions
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers
