
Job description
Act as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications.
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Must have skills in Enterprise Network Operations. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure components and protocols. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues.
