
Job description
Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of applications and systems that are vital to business functions.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools used in application support.
Must have skills in Microsoft Azure IaaS, experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment, strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, and familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for system performance.
