Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution;
• At least 10 years of experience in legal practice;
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the banking or financial services sector;
• Thorough understanding of Rwandan banking laws, corporate governance standards, and regulatory requirements;
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of legal professionals;
