As a Software Quality Engineer Staff, you will be responsible for developing and applying rigorous quality principles for software-based systems, ensuring compliance with project, process, and contractual objectives.
Develop, modify, and apply quality principles, validate test equipment, establish operating criteria, define and execute an audit strategy, evaluate and analyze the software quality system, conduct software product reviews, ensure proper requirement allocation, and proactively develop innovative solutions to complex quality challenges.
This role requires a strong background in software quality, with the ability to work independently and make long-lasting decisions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to engage with senior leadership and contribute new concepts and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
