Platform Engineer

Role Overview

We're looking for a Platform Engineer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role involves supporting, maintaining, and improving our infrastructure services to ensure they remain available, secure, and cost-effective. The Platform Engineer will work autonomously and collaboratively with local and global team members to administer, support, and maintain our global infrastructure.

What You Will Do

Day-to-day responsibilities include taking personal accountability for our products, troubleshooting and resolving issues, ensuring monitoring is in place, performing upgrades and patches, and managing assigned tickets. The role also involves participating in high-pressure incident scenarios and communicating with key stakeholders on planned changes.

The ideal candidate will have strong server, storage, and networking infrastructure experience, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly learn new products. They will also have good written and oral communication skills and a proven track record of working to agreed targets and SLAs.
