
Job description
We're looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team, who will provide on-site technical support to our customers, install and support IT equipment, and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
Provide on-site technical support, install and support IT equipment, look after IT assets, and communicate with customers and colleagues.
You'll be comfortable working across different locations and environments, and you'll stay calm when priorities change. You'll also have the opportunity to grow your skills and help our customers get more from their technology.
