
Job description
We're looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join our team, who will lead and inspire at least two engineering squads, working with a mix of engineers and AI agents to deliver great outcomes. The role involves partnering closely with Product Management to deliver features that meet quality expectations and timelines, and hiring, mentoring, and growing engineering talent as part of our KL GOC expansion.
Day-to-day, you will lead and inspire at least two engineering squads, work with Product Management to deliver features, hire, mentor, and grow engineering talent, and build strong team practices using Kanban.
You'll be comfortable with change, able to bring clarity to complex situations, and enjoy working closely with product and engineering peers to make an impact. You'll also have the opportunity to work with AI-assisted development tools, Azure cloud, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
