
Job description
We're looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our team, who will help us grow and build trusted relationships with senior customers. The role involves owning and growing a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, building strong relationships with senior and executive stakeholders.
Day-to-day responsibilities include owning and growing a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, leading structured account planning and Executive Business Reviews, identifying and progressing renewal and expansion opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to manage risk and improve adoption.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex B2B software accounts, confidence negotiating multi-year commercial agreements, and experience working with structured account management frameworks.
