Technical Solutions Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for a technically skilled and commercially minded Technical Solutions Consultant to join the Accountants division at Access Group. In this role, you will partner directly with our sales teams to deliver compelling, customised product demonstrations and technical solutions that help accounting firms across Australia and New Zealand visualise the art of the possible.

What You Will Do

Day-to-day, you will be focused on solution demonstration and storytelling, demo environment build and management, technical discovery and solution design, AI capability enablement, sales partnership and deal support, product feedback and cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge sharing and enablement.

Requirements

• Hands on Salesforce experience
• At least 3 years Presales and Solution Engineering experience within a technical Presales, solution engineering or consulting role within a SaaS or enterprise software environment
• Excellence at explaining technical concepts to any audience
• A genuine interest in AI and how it helps businesses
• Accounting experience is a bonus but not essential
