
Job description
We are looking for a technically skilled and commercially minded Technical Solutions Consultant to join the Accountants division at Access Group. In this role, you will partner directly with our sales teams to deliver compelling, customised product demonstrations and technical solutions that help accounting firms across Australia and New Zealand visualise the art of the possible.
Day-to-day, you will be focused on solution demonstration and storytelling, demo environment build and management, technical discovery and solution design, AI capability enablement, sales partnership and deal support, product feedback and cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge sharing and enablement.
This role is perfect for someone who loves technology, enjoys solving problems in front of people, and wants to learn how AI helps businesses. You will need to have strong Salesforce skills and curiosity about how new technologies can help accounting firms.
