Property Caretaker - Maintenance

Accessible Space, Inc. (ASI) is seeking a full-time Property Caretaker / Maintenance person for our apartment building in Kansas City, KS. The ideal candidate will have one year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs, and be able to work independently, communicate effectively, and interact appropriately with individuals.

Requirements

• One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs
• Work independently
• Effective communicate orally and in writing
• Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals
• Availability to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm
