Accessible Space Inc. is seeking a Property Caretaker/Building Maintenance for its locations in the Twin Cities area. Responsibilities include minor maintenance, cleaning, and preparing apartments for new tenants.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in basic building and maintenance repairs
• Professional and reliable
• Ability to work independently
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm
