Job Description
This position is for a Detailer responsible for coordinating projects, utilizing virtual construction standards and best practices to deliver high-quality installations. The role involves streamlining layouts, reducing fitting usage, and identifying design flaws. Strong communication and collaboration skills are required, as is the ability to manage project coordination and communicate with various stakeholders.
Requirements
- Perform all functions of Mechanical Piping, Process Piping, and/or Plumbing detailing.
- Streamline layout/routing and reduce fitting usage.
- Create layout point files for Trimble and Topcon.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Fabrication, Autodesk Navisworks Manage, Autodesk BIM 360 Glue and Autodesk BIM 360 Docs platforms.
- Proficient in Bluebeam Revu, BOX and Smartsheet.
- Proficient in the Google Workspace: Docs, Gmail, Sheets, Forms.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Workspace: Word and Excel.
- Proficient in the application of applicable local, state and international building codes.
- Valid driver’s license
