Job Description
This role is responsible for successfully modeling and coordinating projects utilizing ACCO’s Virtual Construction Standards and Industry Best Practices. It focuses on quality, efficiency, and achieving project goals, requiring proficiency in 3D Revit, CAD, and communication with project teams. The role involves ensuring projects adhere to codes and regulations.
Requirements
- Perform and/or lead all functions of the Mechanical Piping, Process Piping, and/or Plumbing detailing efforts.
- Proficient in 3D Revit, Autodesk Fabrication, Autodesk Navisworks Manage, Autodesk BIM 360 Glue and Autodesk BIM 360 Docs platforms.
- Strong skills in Bluebeam Revu, BOX and Smartsheet.
- Proficient in the Google Workspace: Docs, Gmail, Sheets, Forms.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Workspace: Word and Excel.
- Proficient in applying applicable local, state and international building codes.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to streamline layout/routing, reduce fitting usage and recognize design flaws.
