
Job description
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Admin Executive to support daily administrative and coordination activities.
Coordinate with customers, bank representatives, and internal stakeholders via phone calls, schedule and manage customer visits, handle follow-ups and appointment coordination, and maintain communication with regional managers, customers, and other concerned parties.
The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic administrative knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
