Head of Property (Solicitor / 5+ PQE)

Accuflex has a great opportunity for a senior Property Solicitor (minimum 5 years PQE) to join our client, a long-established regional law firm, in Cumbria.

Requirements

• Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary property team.
• Advise on residential, commercial and agricultural property transactions.
• Handle leases, licences, easements and overage agreements.
• Contribute to departmental growth and wider firm strategy.
• Maintain high standards of regulatory and risk management oversight.
