Job Description
The HR Manager will lead and manage comprehensive HR functions, including HR operations, talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, employer branding, and broader strategic HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a group-wide HR strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Provide strategic direction on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management to support growth.
- Ensure HR policies reflect industry best practices, regulatory compliance, and emerging trends (e.g., remote/hybrid work).
- Develop and oversee a centralized, competency-based recruitment strategy, including executive hiring.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal frameworks aligned with business goals.
- Foster a strong, inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with company values.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws in all operational jurisdictions.
- Design and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Develop and oversee workplace health, safety, and security policies.
