IT Support Intern

ACE Money Transfer is looking for an IT Support Intern to assist in delivering technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and logging incidents through the IT Helpdesk system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems and IT support/helpdesk processes
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals, including LAN, IP addressing, routers, and switches
• Understanding of Microsoft applications
