Job description
The HVAC Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising field technicians, ensuring work is completed efficiently and in a timely manner, and leading the team with skills and extensive knowledge.
Supervise technicians and jobs, facilitate a team atmosphere, conduct daily check-ins, and maximize training opportunities to increase the skill set of the team.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multi-task, and keep up with high-paced call schedules. They will also have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple technicians at one time and working well within a team environment.
