
Job description
The Office Coordinator/HR Assistant is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, supporting client engagement, and coordinating behavioral health services. This role ensures efficient office workflow and assists with client intake, communication, and service continuity.
Coordinate day-to-day office operations, serve as the first point of contact for clients, maintain organized client files, and support preparation of reports and documentation. Assist with client intake, scheduling, and billing, and provide care coordination services.
This role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent customer service and communication abilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, healthcare administration, or client service coordination.
