AOG Lead Technician

This AOG Lead position involves daily coordination of AOG maintenance in the Northern California, West Coast, Mexico, and Pacific regions. Responsibilities include aircraft repairs, preventative maintenance, ensuring quality and safety, and maintaining positive relationships with customers and vendors. Regular travel and occasional overnight lodging are required, with flexible work hours and a rotating on-call schedule.

Requirements

• Report daily to the AOG Manager
• Coordinate and supervise AOG maintenance
• Ensure aircraft safety and quality
• Maintain aircraft and work areas
• Pass an FAA and a valid Driver's License
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, Aviation Maintenance Software)
• Ability to lift and work in varied conditions
