Job Description
The Maintenance Lead Technician will supervise and direct Maintenance Technicians on a variety of maintenance tasks, ensuring adherence to established procedures and maintaining a positive relationship with ACI Jet. This role focuses on aircraft repair, preventive maintenance, and problem solving, requiring strong technical skills and a proactive approach.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience as an A&P mechanic
- Corporate aircraft type experience (Citation, Challenger, or Gulfstream)
- Actual work experience including troubleshooting and aircraft maintenance manuals
- Valid A&P License
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficiency in MS Office, Aviation Maintenance Software
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Team leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb, kneel, squat, and stand for extended periods
