Maintenance Lead Technician (FAR Part 145)

The Maintenance Lead Technician will supervise and direct Maintenance Technicians on a variety of maintenance tasks, ensuring adherence to established procedures and maintaining a positive relationship with ACI Jet. This role focuses on aircraft repair, preventive maintenance, and problem solving, requiring strong technical skills and a proactive approach.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience as an A&P mechanic
• Corporate aircraft type experience (Citation, Challenger, or Gulfstream)
• Actual work experience including troubleshooting and aircraft maintenance manuals
• Valid A&P License
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proficiency in MS Office, Aviation Maintenance Software
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Team leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb, kneel, squat, and stand for extended periods
