Job Description
The BIM Designer / CAD Modeler is responsible for developing coordinated 3D models and construction drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM tools to support project design, prefabrication, and field installation.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications
- 2+ years experience as a CAD drafter, designer, or BIM modeler
- Advanced proficiency with Revit
- Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD
- Experience creating and managing custom Revit families
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
